All employees are trained as soon as they are hired, and annually as appropriate. We use the latest technology for pathogen interventions, which are verified daily with comprehensive testing procedures. Two annual third-party food safety and animal welfare audits consistently rate Catelli as "Excellent," demonstrating adherence to the highest in safety standards for all our customers.
And, Catelli Brothers works only with those veal producers who earn "Certified Supplier" status from the American Veal Association's Veal Quality Assurance Program. This comprehensive set of quality control guidelines ensures our customers of a safe and wholesome veal supply.
Our fresh American lamb comes from a few selected feedlot operations in the Western U.S. Lambs are fed to Catelli Brothers' exacting specifications so all our products are of the highest consistency and quality. |
