Customer Service Representative/Sales Support

Basic Purpose - Customer Service Representative will assist the internal management team and outside sales staff by communicating, processing data, and working to build the Catelli Brothers' Brand. This position will report directly to the VP of sales.
Duties

Learn all functions of the Account Sales and Service Team

Learn product lines and product specifications, and assisting with specification sheet setup

Process customer orders and address customers daily needs while working with outside staff to maintain and build business

Work with assigned Regional Sales Representative on daily management of customer accounts

Assist in growing sales by analyzing customer sales and needs

Management of GDSN (Global Data Synchronization Network) platform

Communicates with other departments to ensure customer needs are met or exceeded

All other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

    Knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop required

    Knowledge of EDI preferred but not required (Electronic Data Interchange)

    Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

    Detail oriented

    Skilled in time management and problem-solving

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills required

    Experience with ERP Systems preferred but not required (SAP, JD Edwards, Aspen, Microsoft Dynamics etc.)

Education / Training High School graduate or GED preferred

Business Degree and/or College education a plus
Related Experience/Requirements

Preferred 1-3 years’ experience in food production or food warehousing

Preferred 2 years' customer service experience
